Yearbook

TEAM YEARBOOK is a tight-knit group of students who work
together to produce the high school yearbook. The VCHS yearbook has been an ACSI first place winner in many categories for years. The team is chosen by adviser, Mrs. Diann Fugate from student applications. Specialized skills are required.

Writers and photographers are essential to the team, as well as students with computer skills who use PageMaker to generate the pages of the yearbook.

The business team requires students to have exceptional organization skills as the income is quite substantial through book sales and ad sales. The ads team members produce all the ads sold into pages of the yearbook. Class structure is by teams with editors leading each group.

Deadlines are critical to the success of the book and meeting the budget. Although yearbook is a high-stress course, teamwork, generated by respect for each other is what makes this class so much fun for the students. The application process begins in late March.
